Your mission
Essence of the job
The technical service lead acts as a principal consultant to a specific group of professionals within a service line. As a member of the leadership team of a service line, the service lead co-owns the P&L and drives the development of the service line for the short and long term.
 The service lead is responsible for the professional well-being of his team, their work, career, and knowledge development.

Contribution to the mission, vision, strategy
Contributing through maturing the team within the service line along with the other teams to meet the short and long-term objectives of the service line and thus Macaw in a comprehensive and coherent way. Maturity includes the quality of services (towards customers, partners, and employees) and the business (operational and financial performance).
Your profile
Responsible for
The service lead is responsible for a team of professionals:
•    For the team to contribute to focus on operations and the operational financial results within the service line.
•    The right allocation via planning and optimal billability of the team.
•    Appraisal of the team supported by HR department.
•    Maximize the service line potential as a whole as well as Macaw in general.
•    To be familiar with HR processes.

Contributing to
•    International collaboration on service line level.
•    Technology and innovation from a Macaw perspective within the service line; possible participation in initiating new initiatives, facilitating in connecting to (e.g., Microsoft) through MVP programs, etc.
•    TSL is responsable for building the bridge with Germany and Netherlands.
•    Commercial activities, marketing, and campaigns on the service line level; e.g., reference cases.
•    HR/Recruitment; facilitating on recruitment processes, etc.
•    People management towards the employees within the team.

Required experience
•    Service line knowledge areas (also as a professional and in a combined job).
•    Leadership as a principal experience 4+ years.
•    Building and extending a team.
•    Working in an international setting, including nearshoring.

Required competencies
•    Leadership and management skills/being recognized as a leader.
•    Lateral leadership style; empowers and challenges a group of specialists/leaders to build a successful service line team.
